  • Two shorthand attempts are provided. The better score is considered.

For PA, the notice gives 45% as the minimum descriptive-exam standard for reserved categories. No General vacancy is available for this post.

Final Merit & Tie-Breaking

  • Final merit uses Stage II shorthand, Stage III descriptive exam and Stage IV interview marks.
  • Typing test is qualifying and its marks are not added to merit.
  • In a tie, higher Stage II marks get priority.
  • Next, Stage III marks and then Stage IV marks are compared.
  • If the tie remains, the older candidate is placed higher.

Other Selection Rules

  • Each stage must be cleared as required before final selection.
  • No PST or PET is prescribed.
