Senior Personal Assistant (SPA) – Selection Stages

- Two shorthand attempts are provided. The better score is considered.

Final Merit & Tie-Breaking
- Final merit uses Stage II shorthand, Stage III descriptive exam and Stage IV interview marks.
- Typing test is qualifying and its marks are not added to merit.
- In a tie, higher Stage II marks get priority.
- Next, Stage III marks and then Stage IV marks are compared.
- If the tie remains, the older candidate is placed higher.
Other Selection Rules
- Each stage must be cleared as required before final selection.
- No PST or PET is prescribed.
