DHC JJA / Restorer 2026: Selection Procedure & Exam Pattern
Stage I: Preliminary CBT

The test lasted 120 minutes, with 0.25 mark deducted for a wrong answer. It was qualifying: 60 marks for General and 54 for reserved categories.
Stage II: Mains Descriptive Paper

Stage III: English Typing
The computer typing test lasts ten minutes. Candidates need at least 35 WPM. Up to 3% mistakes are allowed under the notice’s counting rule. This stage is qualifying.
Stage IV: Interview and Merit
The interview is worth 15 marks. Final merit adds the Mains and Interview scores only. Prelims and typing are qualifying. A tie is decided by Mains score, then Interview score, then older age.
