Selection Procedure
A. Shortlisting
- A committee will determine shortlisting parameters.
- Meeting minimum eligibility does not guarantee an interview call.
- The Bank’s decision on shortlisting is final.
B. Interview
- Total marks: 100
- Qualifying marks to be decided by SBI
- Interviews may be personal, telephonic, or video-based.
C. CTC Negotiation
- Conducted individually during or after interviews.
D. Final Merit List
- Prepared only based on interview marks (descending order).
- If two or more candidates have the same marks, older candidates will be placed higher.
